These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Coastline Premier Cleaning website and the cleaning services we provide in Orange County, California. By requesting a quote, booking, or receiving service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide carpet, upholstery, area rug, and mattress cleaning using truck-mounted hot-water extraction and fiber-appropriate methods. Service descriptions on this website are general; actual results depend on fabric condition, age, and prior treatments.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Online and phone estimates are good-faith approximations based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on-site after a technician evaluates the actual condition, square footage, fiber type, and any specialty treatments required.
3. Scheduling, Cancellations & Access
- You agree to provide accurate scheduling information and reasonable access to the areas being cleaned.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may incur a trip fee.
- You are responsible for moving fragile items, electronics, and valuables prior to service.
4. Limitation of Liability (Home Services)
To the fullest extent permitted by California law:
- Coastline Premier Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage to carpets, rugs, upholstery, mattresses, hard flooring, walls, baseboards, or any other property, including (but not limited to) prior stains, burns, dye bleeding, faded fibers, manufacturing defects, weakened backing, latex separation, frame damage, dry rot, water damage, mildew, or odor issues that existed before our arrival.
- We are not responsible for color loss, shrinkage, browning, or fiber distortion on items with manufacturer defects, prior improper cleaning, or fabrics not labeled or identified accurately by the homeowner.
- We are not liable for damage to items the customer was responsible for moving, or for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
- Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
- Claims must be reported in writing within 48 hours of service completion.
5. Warranties & Disclaimers
We provide services using professional care and reasonable skill. Except as expressly stated, all services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Returned checks and unpaid invoices may incur additional fees and interest as permitted by California law.
7. Photographs
We may take before/after photos of cleaned areas for quality control and (with identifying information removed) marketing. Let us know in writing if you do not want photos taken.
8. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Venue for any dispute shall lie exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
